We ship standard, 3-4 day and overnight in the UK. International options (standard, economy, priority) and rates are applied for London. We apologize that we are temporarily unable to ship orders to other countries. For more information, see our Shipping Information page. Do you have bulk items shipping rates?

Some diskettes, blank CD-R and CD-RW discs and CD jewel cases normally sold in singles are eligible for special bulk shipping rates. If you need further information on bulk item shipping rates, see our Shipping Information page or contact Customer Service.

What are my payment options?

At Kolulo Electronics Online Store, you can shop using your Paypal, American Express Card, DiscoverCard, MasterCard, VISA and debit cards.


What is your return policy?

What is your return policy?
Returns/exchanges for orders being shipped back require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA Number, contact Customer Service. Product being returned at the retail store does not require RMA- just bring in your packing slip. For additional information, see How to Return an Item and read our Return Policy.

All Digital Download sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund under the Kolulo Store Return Policy. Using the software may require the use of a computer or other device that must meet minimum system requirements. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the system requirements before making your purchase. Software system requirements are typically found on the Product information specification page.

Is my personal information safe?

Can my "Ship to" address be different than my "Bill to" address?

For security purposes, your order will only be shipped to the address listed on your credit card billing statement. Not all items can be shipped to all addresses – for information, please see Shipping Restrictions.

How do I check product availability?

AVAILABILITY of a product can be found in three separate places. When you search for an item, the Search Results page displays individual product availability. Availability is also displayed on an individual item Specs/Information page. And availability is listed when you add an item to your Shopping Cart. When will my order arrive?

To estimate the latest date your delivery may arrive, look at each item in your Shopping Cart and find the one with the longest “Usually ships in” days. Count the days, starting with the day you will be placing the order, and count forward on the calendar, but DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. Then, add the number of days you chose for having your order shipped and count forward on the calendar. Again, DO NOT count Saturday or Sunday. (Although USPS does deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee that this will occur.) You now have estimated the latest arrival date for your delivery.

Can I order products from Kolulo Online over the phone?

Yes. While shopping at is safe and secure, we realize some shoppers would prefer to order by phone. Checkout our extensive selection, then contact Customer Service. Please have a SKU number handy for faster service.
